Account Executive
About this role
We are looking for an Account Executive with 1–4 years of experience to deepen Marble Health's presence across New York by building relationships with school counselors and administrators who haven't yet partnered with us. You'll be a mission-driven, natural relationship builder who thrives in ambiguity and owns outcomes at an early-stage company. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll prospect schools, run compelling pitches, and close partnerships that directly connect students to mental health care they need, with the insurance they already have. Every school you bring on means more kids getting therapy sooner!
What will you be doing?
Own the full sales cycle: cold calling schools in the morning, booking meetings (~50% conversion rate from cold calls), running demos, and closing partnerships typically within 1–2 calls
Manage a high-volume book of ~150 schools across your territory, generating referrals and nurturing relationships with counselors, principals, and district administrators
Spend mornings (8:30am–2:30pm) in school-facing meetings and outreach, then afternoons updating Salesforce, planning next-day activities, and managing follow-ups
Meet with school counselors and social workers in person when possible, with up to 25% travel expected as new markets open
Bring field insights back to product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen Marble's go-to-market strategy as the playbook is still being built
