I. University Overview

III. Job Summary
- The President’s Office is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable student to assist the President’s spouse with various office projects, organization, and special event planning. This position will provide hands-on experience with event preparation, organization, communication, and hospitality while supporting activities connected to the President’s Office.
IV. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the President’s spouse with organizing and preparing for special events, receptions, luncheons, and campus activities.
- Help with event details such as invitations, guest lists, materials, decorations, signage, and supplies.
- Assist with setup and cleanup for special events.
- Help organize office materials, files, supplies, and other projects.
- Assist with occasional errands and deliveries related to office and event needs.
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence when assisting with guests and events.
- Support other special projects and duties as assigned.
V. Qualifications
- Current Malone University student eligible for Federal Work-Study.
- Dependable, organized, and detail oriented.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Able to work independently and take direction.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to assist with occasional events outside of regular office hours.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
