IT Workplace - Final year Intern
About this role

What you'll be working on
Defining and maintaining our IT workplace processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows
Handling support requests across hardware, software, and network issues — and seeing them through to resolution
Setting up our macOS laptops and ensuring the rollout of IT security policies — patch compliance, access management, and good hygiene practices
Building automation to reduce manual work and make our IT operations more efficient and scalable
This role is for you if...
You want to contribute directly to how a fast-moving tech company runs its workplace IT
You take ownership of problems, follow through without being chased, and have a natural attention to detail
You want to work in a small team where your contributions are visible and your questions are genuinely welcome
You want to learn how workplace IT works in a modern scale-up environment — from automation to the tools that power our daily work (macOS, Slack, Notion, and more)
You're looking for a real internship — one where you learn by doing, not by watching
