As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in late 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for a DISHWASHER to join our Central Production Kitchen.
Key Responsibilities :
Wash and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans
Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Production Kitchen
Clean floors, work surfaces, and storage areas
Empty waste and recycling bins
Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
Follow all hygiene and food safety procedures
Skills & Soft Skills :
Formal training in pastry
Proven experience in fine dining or high-end establishments
Strong mastery of classic French pastry techniques
Detail-oriented with high standards of precision and excellence
Team player with adaptability
We Offer :
Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
