As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

Would you like to be part of an international opening and experience a unique professional adventure?
We are looking for our future Captain / Head Waiter ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the service within the assigned section to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

  • Lead and support the waiters and commis in daily operations during service.

  • Welcome guests, present the menu, and provide detailed recommendations on food and beverages.

  • Ensure accurate order taking and coordination with the kitchen and bar teams.

  • Monitor the quality and timing of food and beverage service to guests.

  • Handle guest requests and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area before, during, and after service.

Skills & Soft Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

  • Ability to manage and coordinate a service team.

  • Proficiency in order taking and POS systems.

  • Ability to ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • High level of customer service orientation.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
