As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Captain / Head Waiter ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the service within the assigned section to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience.
Lead and support the waiters and commis in daily operations during service.
Welcome guests, present the menu, and provide detailed recommendations on food and beverages.
Ensure accurate order taking and coordination with the kitchen and bar teams.
Monitor the quality and timing of food and beverage service to guests.
Handle guest requests and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area before, during, and after service.
Skills & Soft Skills:
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to manage and coordinate a service team.
Proficiency in order taking and POS systems.
Ability to ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
