- Record accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
- Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform reconciliations with retail stores and agents.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
- Monitor expenses, advances, and petty cash.
- Maintain and organize accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in inventory and fixed asset stocktaking activities.
- Support the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager in daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Finance
- Good analytical skills and costing and industrial costing awareness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
