Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production line.
- Identify and resolve chronic and recurring equipment issues.
- Plan and manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment availability.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and practices.
- Support and implement new projects and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and improve equipment performance by maintaining MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
- Attend equipment breakdowns promptly and carry out effective troubleshooting.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Education Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Bachelors of Technology
