About this role
We are looking for a General Liability / Insurance Defense Partner with 8+ years of experience to join our Doylestown, PA office and handle a trial-leaning defense litigation docket. This is a lateral partner opportunity where no book of business is required — you'll step into an active caseload of premises liability, auto accident, and general casualty matters on the defense side.
What will you be doing?
Handling a caseload of premises liability, auto/product liability, and personal injury defense matters
Taking cases to trial and defending/taking depositions
Managing general liability and insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution
Meeting approximately 2, 000 billable hours annually
Collaborating with the Doylestown office team on a hybrid schedule
Key Requirements
Active PA bar license AND active NJ bar license — both required
Currently holding a Counsel or Partner title (8-year associates will not be considered for lateral partner)
Trial experience and deposition defense experience (described as "huge" for this seat)
Resume must show premises liability, general liability, and/or auto accident case experience
Defense-side background at firms like Wilson Elser or similar insurance defense shops
