About this role
Strong Amazon PL account management experience, with some Mirakl exposure. Even limited Mirakl experience is a big plus.
We need someone who has managed a PL store end-to-end and understands marketplace operations beyond basic listing work.
What You’ll Own:
- Complete marketplace/store management & account health
- Catalog creation, optimization & bulk uploads
- Excel/CSV-based catalog management
- Inventory feeds, synchronization & troubleshooting
- Orders, cancellations & fulfillment monitoring
- Marketplace advertising opportunities
- Promotions, deals & seasonal campaigns
- Competitor/market research and product optimization
- Marketplace support tickets and issue resolution
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Mirakl experience strongly preferred
✔ Amazon PL experience can be considered
✔ Proven experience managing a Private Label brand/store
✔ Strong Excel/CSV skills
✔ Understanding of catalog + inventory + promotions + marketplace operations
✔ Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
✔ Strong ownership and attention to detail
