Affiliate Marketing Portals Specialist

We are a fast-growing private label brand selling across 13+ US marketplaces and are looking for an experienced professional to lead and grow our affiliate, influencer, and community marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate programs across AWIN, CJ, Impact, ShareASale, Levanta, Rakuten, Webgains, vCommission, etc.
• Recruit, vet, onboard, and manage publishers and affiliates using SimilarWeb and other research tools.
• Launch offers, creatives, and commission structures while monitoring clicks, conversions, fraud, and performance.
• Own and scale our Levanta program by recruiting Amazon creators, publishers, and review sites while tracking attributed sales, Brand Referral Bonus, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Source influencers using Modash, Upfluence, and keyword research. Evaluate audience quality, estimate ROAS, prepare briefs, create UTM tracking, and build long-term partnerships.
• Build and manage Reddit communities, create authentic content, engage with users, monitor brand mentions, and analyze community performance.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in affiliate, influencer, and community marketing.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major affiliate networks.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon affiliate programs; Levanta experience preferred.
• Proven success growing affiliate revenue.
• Experience with SimilarWeb, Modash, Upfluence, UTM tracking, attribution, ROAS analysis, and fraud detection.
• Excellent written English and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in eCommerce, home goods, furniture, or textiles.

Familiarity with Social Snowball, ShopMy, GoAffPro, or Insense.
