Position Summary
LSA Management is seeking an experienced Floating Service Manager to provide maintenance leadership and operational support across apartment communities throughout the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate possesses EPA certification, CPO certification, multifamily maintenance leadership experience, and strong HVAC expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Provide maintenance leadership across multiple communities; oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building maintenance; support staffing transitions; train maintenance teams; manage vendors; support capital projects; ensure safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
EPA Certification (Universal preferred); CPO Certification; Valid Driver License; 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience; 2+ years Service Manager or Maintenance Supervisor experience; strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.

Preferred Qualifications
CAMT Certification; HVAC Trade School Certification; RealPage, Yardi, or Entrata experience; apartment renovation and capital project experience.
Applicant Evaluation Criteria
EPA Certification required; CPO Certification required; Multifamily maintenance leadership experience; HVAC diagnostic expertise; ability to travel between communities throughout the Charlotte market.
