We’re looking for a compassionate COTA to support patients in their homes and help improve independence, mobility, and quality of life. You’ll work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to deliver hands‑on, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
- Document and report patient progress and condition changes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Educate patients and families on exercises and care techniques.
- Collaborate with the clinical team for coordinated patient care.
Qualifications
- COTA license (state‑issued) and CPR certification.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Prefer 2+ years of COTA experience; home health experience a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

This position is based on a Pay per visit compensation model.
Pay per visit ranges from $55 to $65 per visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
