The Community Banking Performance Administrator provides administrative and analytical support to the Director of Community Banking. This role assists with the day-to-day administration of the department, gathers and analyzes data to support leadership's decision-making, and prepares presentations and reports as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

Assists the Director of Community Banking with the day-to-day administration of the department, ensuring tasks align with department and company strategy.
Gathers, compiles, and analyzes performance data to support the Director of Community Banking’s decision-making.
Prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Director of Community Banking, and other stakeholders as needed.
Administrator and support for the bank’s Client Experience (CX) platform.
Administrator for the bank’s employee recognition platform and Community Banking Employee Recognition Program.
Primary liaison for VISA. Assists with the quarterly VISA audit.
Co-Administrator for Credit Card Program and support of day-to-day operations.
Provides administrator support for the Customer Rewards Program (LSNB Rewards).
Assists CRM Administrator with responsibilities, reporting, and support for staff.
Administration and support of employee referral incentive program.
Provides administrative guidance and support to community banking staff members and other departments, as needed.
Assists and collaborates with coordination of Marketing collateral, community outreach, customer marketing campaigns, and events.
Serves as liaison with the Training Department to support development of training materials related to community banking best practices.
Coordinates recurring meetings with responsibility for compiling presentations for all divisions, creating presentation content for Community Banking, and supporting Senior Management with their presentation slides.
Coordinates Monday Morning Calls and other bank wide Community Banking communication.
Prepares and manages internal communications for Community Banking employees and applicable bank wide communications from the Community Banking Division and Credit Card Department.
Coordinates community banking employee recognition events with responsibility for the event’s budgets.
Maintains employee intranet tools, resources, and communications for the Community Banking division.
Assists in maintaining and updating community banking reporting policies and procedures.
Maintains high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency on all community banking performance reporting.
Maintains existing performance reports and assists in designing new reports as needed.
Participates in the evaluation and selection of tools and platforms to improve reporting and data management.
Tracks referral quality and closing ratios, maintaining consistent communication with partners to identify process improvements.
Gathers and assesses client and sales trends, client experience feedback, and market data, consolidating findings into recommendations for the Director of Community Banking
Analyzes client experience feedback to identify efficiencies in the customer’s journey and opportunities to increase satisfaction.
Assists with maintaining functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards, and reports.
Interprets trends and performance data, providing input to help identify efficiencies and better understand process bottlenecks throughout the sales lifecycle.
Continues efforts to create administrative and reporting efficiencies within the department.
Complies with all federal and state laws and regulations, and all established bank policies and procedures.
Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business or related field
At least 7 years of previous banking experience in operations or retail
Strong sales aptitude, flexibility, professionalism and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks with numerous interruptions
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail and a high degree of mental concentration
Good organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
Position requires the ability to work a flexible work schedule (Monday - Saturday)
Some travel is required to visit branch locations
Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

All employees are required to attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function. In all situations, employees must ensure that their actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations, including internal bank policies and procedures. Failure to adhere to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action, including probation and possible termination.
