This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a key member of the team, you'll play an essential role in keeping services running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support, managing customer enquiries, coordinating meetings and events, and delivering a welcoming reception service at the Mulberry Centre.

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Support Officer who can keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is more than just an admin role—you’ll be a key part of a dedicated team delivering essential services to the community. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and being the go-to person who makes things happen, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Location
The job is primarily based in Mulberry House but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary
£32,442 - £33,384 per annum (Scale 4)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
