LOGISTEED America is seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer to join our Customs Brokerage team in Monterey Park, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in customs clearance, import documentation, Customs Brokerage, ISF filing, freight forwarding, and international logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
📋 Prepare and process customs entries and import documentation
📋 Coordinate customs clearance activities with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
📋 Prepare and submit Importer Security Filings (ISF)
📋 Review shipping documents for compliance with customs regulations
📋 Coordinate with importers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs officials, and other service providers
📋 Monitor import shipments and resolve customs-related issues
📋 Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and international trade requirements
📋 Maintain accurate shipment records and customer documentation
📋 Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the import process
📋 Stay current on customs regulations, compliance requirements, and industry changes
Required Qualifications
✅ 1-2 years of Customs Brokerage or Customs Entry Writer experience
✅ Experience with customs clearance and import documentation
✅ Knowledge of ISF filing requirements
✅ Experience using CargoWise software
✅ Understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and trade compliance
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
✅ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Freight Forwarding experience
⭐ Import Operations experience
⭐ International Logistics experience
⭐ Customer service and account management experience
⭐ Trade compliance and customs regulations knowledge

Compensation
💲 $21.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT
