The Position
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-growing startup, working closely with our Recruitment Manager and hiring managers while learning the full recruitment lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing recruitment platforms and implementing recruitment strategies.
Screening applications and CVs.
Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
Supporting interview coordination and feedback collection.
Assisting with employer branding initiatives, including job postings and recruitment events.
Participating in recruitment projects aimed at improving our hiring processes and candidate experience.

Your profile:
An ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Available for a 4-6 month internship
Motivated to pursue a career in Human Resources
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit
Comfortable working with confidential information
Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
