- Digitally sculpt and produce STL files that accurately reflect patient anatomy.
- Assist the Chief Dental Officer and Lab Manager in developing additional capabilities within the Cad/Cam software suite.
- Collaborate routinely with our Columbus-based Lab and Support team to communicate results to the providers.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are met or always exceeded.
- You’ll work directly with our Lab Manager to identify process improvements aimed at increasing efficacy and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- CDT certification is preferred but not required.
- Intermediate knowledge of English language, written and verbal communication
- A high level of competence with digital workflow systems, especially CAD tools in the orthodontic and dental spaces, such as 3Shape or exoCAD.
- Working knowledge of dental anatomy.
- A deep passion for leveraging innovation and technology to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
- Maintain information and reporting accurate and updated.
- A highly organized and process-oriented approach to tasks
- A Candid demeanor and confidence to speak up when something isn’t working according to plan
- Exceptional attention to detail
- An engineering mindset—a problem solver who drives towards continuous improvement.
- An aptitude with Microsoft Office and Google’s G-Suite/Gmail.
- Extensive knowledge of clear aligners and orthodontic therapy.
- At least 30 MB/100MB dedicated internet connectivity.
