EMR Team Lead

Role

This position is responsible for being a leadership in the EMR team providing day-to-day knowledge, motivation and support to guarantee the team is complying with the departmental tasks. The mission of the team lead is to evaluate and repair digital impressions from our customers ensuring Candid´s quality standards. Your contribution is key to our success, the EMR Team Lead will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for monitoring, supervising and coach File Repair Technicians’ operations and product development. The EMR Team Lead will plan and recommend strategies to ensure that all products are developed successfully according to the specifications

This is a hybrid position, occasionally the EMR Team Lead would be working at the site at least twice per month.

What would you need

• High School diploma, CDT certification desired or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advance English (80% minimum) written and verbal.
• 2+ years of hands-on certified dental technician experience in a dental lab or a related orthodontic or dental practice setting.
• Knowledge and practical application of Quality at the source (QATS) methodology to promote a culture of accountability, error prevention and continuous quality improvement within the team.
• A high level of competence with digital workflow systems, especially CAD tools in the orthodontic and dental spaces, such as 3Shape or Exocad.
• Working knowledge of dental anatomy.
• A deep passion for leveraging innovation and technology to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
• A highly organized and process-oriented approach to tasks.
• A Candid demeanor and confidence to speak up when something isn’t working according to plan.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytical, time management and leadership skills
• An aptitude with Microsoft Office and Google’s G-Suite/Gmail.
• Extensive knowledge of clear aligners and orthodontic therapy.
• At least 30 MB/10MB dedicated internet connectivity
