About this role
Listen Labs is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Product) to help build an AI-powered research platform. You’ll join a cross-functional engineering team to expand the product roadmap and tackle complex problems end-to-end. This role helps shape scalable platform capabilities that inform how companies make decisions.
What youll do
- Work on analysis and insights, including building chat functionalities within the platform.
- Develop incentives and recruitment features for self-serve motions and build out lists and panels.
- Contribute to product experience and design, focusing on overall platform design and design systems.
- Collaborate with product and design teams on product-heavy initiatives.
- Work on platform-focused tasks, including distributed systems and APIs.
What Listen Labs is looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Product or Full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with React.
- Experience with distributed systems and APIs.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts or platforms.
- Experience at an early stage startup (Seed - Series D).
- Strong CS fundamentals.
