About this role
Listen Labs is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Platform) to join our growing engineering team and help build an AI-powered research platform that informs how companies make decisions. With 2+ years of experience, you'll tackle complex problems end-to-end and contribute to expanding our product roadmap.
What youll do
- Work on analysis and insights, including building chat functionalities within the platform.
- Develop incentives and recruitment features for self-serve motions and build out lists and panels.
- Contribute to product experience and design, focusing on overall platform design and design systems.
- Collaborate with product and design teams on product-heavy initiatives.
- Work on platform-focused tasks such as distributed systems and APIs.
What Listen Labs is looking for
- 2+ years of experience in platform engineering roles.
- Proficiency in a backend language (Go, Python, or Java).
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Experience with API design and development.
- Experience building chat functionalities.
- Experience contributing to product experience and design systems.
- Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed–Series D).
- Experience as a founder or founding engineer.
- Strong CS fundamentals.
