15060 Blue Mound Rd, Haslet, TX 76052 · On-site

About this role

At LiquidStack, we’re redefining what’s possible in the data center world. As a global leader in advanced liquid cooling solutions, we’re powering the future of AI, edge computing, and high-performance systems. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for skilled professionals who want to be part of something innovative and impactful.

POSITION SUMMARY

As LiquidStack continues to expand manufacturing operations at our Fort Worth (Big Horn) facility, the Cell Trainer plays a critical role in developing a highly skilled, safe, and quality-focused production team.

The Cell Trainer is an experienced manufacturing professional who serves as the process and training resource for an assigned production cell. Working alongside operators, this role helps ensure work is performed safely, consistently, and efficiently while supporting daily production objectives.

The Cell Trainer owns the work within the cell—including training, process execution, workflow coordination, continuous improvement, and New Product Introduction (NPI). By providing real-time coaching and reinforcing standard work, the Cell Trainer helps build employee capability and drives operational excellence.

The Cell Trainer is not a supervisory position. Responsibility for employee performance management, attendance, discipline, scheduling decisions, and Human Resources matters remains with the Production Supervisor.
