Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a Floating Leasing Associate who will travel between communities within our Nashville multifamily portfolio, lending a hand where extra support is needed. You'll be connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel to different properties and provide hands-on service support.
- Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm
- Lease apartments and earn commission while doing it
- Promote our properties on social media—bring your personality online
- Build relationships and connections that make people feel at home
- Get creative with marketing and outreach efforts
- Work alongside a supportive, fun-loving team

- Bilingual Preferred - Spanish
- Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
