We need rockstar Shift Leaders to help open our new James Island store! If you have leadership experience, love a fast-paced environment, and want to grow into an Assistant or General Manager, the Life's Food family wants you.

• Pay Potential: $15 - $20/hr (Base {{pay}} + daily tips + weekly bonuses!)

What You'll Do

• Run the Show: Oversee shifts, including opening/closing, register, grill, and prep.
• Lead the Crew: Motivate, coach, and train the team while keeping the energy high.
• Protect the Brand: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction, top-tier food quality, and a spotless store.

What You Need

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ and out of high school (due to hours and leadership duties).
• Experience: Supervisory experience in food service or retail is highly preferred.
• Availability: Open availability from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including weekends.
• The Hustle: Quick decision-making skills, basic math/computer skills, and the physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
