We are currently seeking a Full Time Cold Production Cook to join our enthusiastic team at Artman!

Key job responsibilities include:
- This position is responsible for preparing hot and cold food items using a variety of production tools, techniques, and equipment.
- Prepare all food indicated by the production sheets according to recipe and standards.
- Prepare all required food on time for each meal period.
- Execute cooking methods including baking, grilling, roasting and sauté.
- Incorporate food safety fundamentals into daily job functions.
- Has a working knowledge of commercial cooking equipment, (oven, fryer, char grill and flat top griddle).
Shift Available:
- Full-Time 11:00am-7:00pm including every other weekend.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, or high volume restaurant.
