Chicago Baking Company is looking for a results-driven Route Sales Supervisor to lead our North Milwaukee sales team. In this role, you'll drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, develop high-performing team members, and improve operational performance across your assigned territory. You'll partner with leadership to execute strategic sales initiatives while ensuring exceptional customer service and team success.
What You'll Do
Build, strengthen, and grow relationships with national, regional, and local customers.
Lead, coach, and develop Route Sales Managers and Store Merchandisers to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
Execute company sales strategies and help develop sales plans that drive profitable growth.
Use proprietary technology to manage routes, monitor performance, and improve sales execution.
Lead and inspire the local sales management team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and engagement.
Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and alignment with company goals.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer service.
Communicate market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to senior leadership.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize employee achievements.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, service, and overall business performance.

QualificationsWhat You'll Bring
We're looking for a motivated leader who brings the experience and skills to drive sales, develop teams, and build strong customer partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or DSD (Direct Store Delivery) industry.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to develop, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Demonstrated success leading sales initiatives, improving operational performance, and delivering business results.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
