Russo Bros. & Co. is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy, fast-paced team.

If you've worked in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, retail, or another high-volume call center environment, your experience could be a great fit for this role.

🚨 THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!

You'll be part of the team that customers turn to when they need heating, cooling, plumbing, and home services.

You'll handle a high volume of calls, schedule service appointments, communicate with customers and technicians, and help keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly.

📞 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and convert them into scheduled service appointments
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information and service records
• Communicate with Dispatch, technicians, and management to support smooth daily operations
• Assist customers with questions and service needs
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

WE WANT PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE PHONE!

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or dispatch experience is a BIG PLUS
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls
• Appointment scheduling or booking experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to remain calm and professional with challenging customers
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher a plus
