About the Role
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Data Team and conduct research and analysis to develop and maintain our data on U.S. government leadership and organizational charts at the federal, state and local levels. You will actively participate in the development of our data operations while ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data. This role is ideal for data enthusiasts and problem solvers. Our data is relied upon by our clients to drive sales enablement, influence policy, and collaborate with people who are mission-critical to their organization. \nCore Functions of the Role:-
Execute comprehensive data collection, development, and analysis supporting operational processes, with a focus on relevance, precision, and accuracy

Undertake advanced open-source research and in-depth analysis into key entities across U.S. federal, state, and local government, ensuring current and accurate data

Employ data analysis techniques to discern patterns, derive insights, and identify data quality discrepancies.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to appraise data quality or to develop workflows contributing to enhancements in data completeness

Perform in an agile operational environment, while developing and sharing subject matter expertise

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an interest in government or policy. Familiarity with the structure of U.S. federal, state, or local government is a plus

1-2 years of experience in data analysis and project management

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong project management skills — able to plan, prioritize, and keep projects moving independently

Strong time management practices and a proven ability to meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to synthesize research findings clearly for non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset: evolving key processes, embracing innovation, and exploring emerging technologies like AI.

Proficiency in conducting sophisticated web-based research

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Practical experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
