Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions (revenues, expenses, payments, and collections).
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly captured.
Calculate amortizations, accruals, and interests based on established accounting policies.
Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring all entries are timely and accurate.
Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring all financial data is correctly entered into the accounting systems.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to resolve accounting-related questions or clarifications.
Support the preparation of internal and client-facing accounting reports.
Ensure general ledgers and books are properly updated and maintained.
Requirements
Studying Business Administration, Accounting or Related.
At least 2 / 3 years experience in related work fields.
Excellent organizing abilities.
Great attention to detail.
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets.
Advanced MS Office knowledge (particularly Excel).
Advanced student in accounting, finance or relevant field.
Good level of spoken & written skills in English.
Breath 24/7 and passionate about startup & VC ecosystem.
