What You’ll Do

  • Humanitarian and removal defense matters (T Visas, U Visas, VAWA, SIJ, asylum-related filings, motions to reopen)
  • Family-based and adjustment filings (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864)
  • Waivers and related relief (I-601, I-601A, I-212)
  • Naturalization and post-residency filings (N-400, I-751)
  • Drafting detailed affidavits and client statements in support of immigration applications, including humanitarian narratives and discretionary relief
  • Conducting client questionnaires, screening interviews, and detained client intakes
  • Preparing and organizing complete filing packages for submission to USCIS and Immigration Court
  • Coordinating detained questionnaires and supporting deportation defense cases
  • Assisting with court filings and deadline-driven submissions
  • Reviewing criminal dockets and supporting requests for FBI records as needed
  • Managing final statement review and coordinating e-signature appointments
  • Communicating with clients regarding case progress, document requests, and follow-ups
  • Supporting interpretation needs during client interviews and appointments, as applicable
  • Updating matters and documentation in Clio and maintaining organized case files
  • Collaborating with attorneys and team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across filings
