About this role
Primary Duty – Responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and plumbing systems, and related systems.
Responsible for facility maintenance.
Plans, supervises, reviews, and participates in the work of contractors.
Establishes schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services
Develops, implement and executes machinery Preventive Maintenance Program on all company equipment.
Performs safety inspection on equipment, facility and vehicles.
Coordinates construction projects, remodels, and other special projects to completion.
Assist in the preparation of various contracts, requests for proposals, and reports.
Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves, etc.
Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices
Other duties as assigned by Senior Management and Maintenance supervisor
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
Required: 1 year in maintenance
