Transport goods to residential and business locations following the most efficient routes.
Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring items are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Verify delivery items, collect signatures, and handle delivery payments if required.
Conduct routine inspections on delivery vehicles and report mechanical or safety issues.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License (with a clean driving record
Navigation: Exceptional working knowledge of local road systems, GPS/navigation tools, and routing efficiency.
Customer Service: Strong communication skills to act as the company liaison when interacting with customers and vendors.
Organization: High attention to detail for inspecting shipments, verifying invoices, and completing accurate delivery logs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs.
