Projects & Team Responsibilities Client Delivery
- Lead and deliver Risk & Regulatory transformation engagements across banking and financial services clients.
- Advise clients on Non-Financial Risk, Compliance, Conduct Risk, Operational Risk, Governance, and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
- Design and enhance risk governance frameworks, operating models, policies, controls, and reporting capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and business adoption.
- Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations issued by CBUAE, SAMA, DFSA, ADGM, and other regional regulators.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments, industry trends, and leading practices.
- Contribute to thought leadership, business development, proposals, and client pursuits.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Strong understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management within the banking and financial services sector.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Regulatory Licensing & Authorization
- Regulatory Remediation & Compliance Transformation
- Conduct Risk
- Operational Risk
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Governance & Internal Controls

- Risk Culture & Accountability

- Compliance Monitoring & Testing
- Regulatory Risk Assessments
- Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including CBUAE, SAMA, Basel, CMA, and SCA frameworks.
- Experience developing and enhancing Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, Operational Risk, Conduct Risk, and Risk Reporting frameworks.
