What You’ll Do
As a Houseman, you’ll be the backbone of our housekeeping operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping staff
- Removing trash and used linens from guest floors and service areas
- Cleaning and maintaining public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness areas
- Assisting with room turns, deep cleaning projects, and furniture setups
- Responding to guest requests and supporting room attendants as needed
- Ensuring storage closets and carts are stocked, organized, and secure
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
What You Bring
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality support preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Respectful communication and a guest-first mindset
