Job DetailsJob Location: Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale - Lauderdale, FL 33316Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 HourlyJob Shift: AnyOverview: A Kolter Hospitality Public Area Attendant delivers service excellence to our guests by maintaining a clean and welcoming public area, and assisting the Housekeeping department. This position is responsible for keeping areas such as restrooms, pool area, front desk, fitness center, business center, and executive offices neat and clean and assisting Housekeepers with supplies, linens, and removal of trash.
Performance Expectations
- Keep front entrance free of debris and garbage.
- Dust lobby furniture and other surfaces (low/high dusting).
- Clean restrooms thoroughly, including washing sinks, toilets, urinals, exposed pipes and doors.
- Clean fitness center, dust all equipment, empty trash, replace and replenish towels and amenities.
- Clean business center, empty trash, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean doors.
- Clean offices, empty trash, vacuum, dust.
- Clean associate locker room.
- Pick up around pool area, restock with towels, arrange pool furniture.
- Ensure housekeeper carts and closets are stocked and organized
- Empty dirty linen and trash from housekeeping carts and take to the appropriate location.
- Checks with housekeepers to ensure they have supplies
- Monitor hallways and walls for scuff marks and remove.
- Restock all supplies.
- Clean windows, doors, elevator panels, and floor.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Follow proper lost and found procedures for guest items left behind.
- Report any items in need of repair.
- Follow all safety procedures while working.

Able to work most weekends and holidays.
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
