Experienced Auto Paint Technician

Our pay model is designed for high performers:
- Earn up to $190,000+ annually through flat rate + production bonuses
- 26 flat rate to start, with the ability to reach up to 32 flat rate at top production levels
- Bi‑weekly performance bonuses for surpassing production hour thresholds
- Quarterly material‑efficiency bonus
- Experienced paint technicians regularly bill 480+ hours per month
