Financial Secretary – Kensington School Home Office
As Kensington School continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a Financial Secretary to our Home Office team!
Our Home Office is made up of several departments dedicated to supporting the daily operations and success of our 16 school locations. Our Billing & Tuition Department is seeking a full-time Financial Secretary who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn and effectively execute Kensington School’s tuition collection policies and procedures
- Communicate professionally and consistently with parents and school leadership
- Maintain and balance tuition accounts and billing cycles with accuracy
- Monitor accounts and assist with resolving billing and payment questions
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and a willingness to support the Kensington School team
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling financial and family information
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience with Brightwheel childcare software is a plus
