Senior Research & Development Chemist

What You'll Do
- Develop and formulate innovative beauty and personal care products.
- Create, test, and evaluate product prototypes for performance and stability.
- Research new ingredients, technologies, and industry trends.
- Manage laboratory experiments, stability testing, and technical documentation.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to scale products from lab to production.
- Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent laboratory experience.
- 3+ years of formulation or product development experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, or consumer products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and collaboration.
