We are currently hiring dependable Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Hamilton, Ohio. This position offers a consistent four-day workweek and full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Load materials and remove finished products
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Complete basic machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Report equipment problems to a supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience is preferred
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work four 10-hour shifts from 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Willingness to follow all workplace safety requirements
