Data Entry Specialist

This role is part of our Hypersonics and Strategic Missile Defense business, which designs, develops, and delivers highly dependable missile systems for hypersonic and strategic missile defense missions. We provide integrated, mission-ready hardware that brings together multiple technologies into unified systems engineered to perform in demanding operational environments. Our tip-to-tail capabilities include payload protection and deployment systems, propulsion systems, aerodynamic interstage systems, separation systems, missile subsystems, shroud systems, launch systems, and payload integration solutions.

In this role, you will capture, validate, and maintain high volumes of data across enterprise systems to support accurate production, inventory, and program records. You will help ensure data integrity, support audits, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation that enables operational efficiency across manufacturing and supply chain activities.

Schedule

• 1st shift, 4/10 schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Performs Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system transactions to support daily production operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Creates production jobs according to the production schedule and processes job closures.
• Executes inventory transfers, adjustments, and raw material cycle counts.
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies identified during inventory counts.
• Creates and maintains Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Supports internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.
• Transfers data from paper documents into databases or electronic systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
• Creates spreadsheets and maintains existing data by verifying source information, updating records, and retrieving data as requested.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience using ERP systems commonly utilized in manufacturing environments, such as SAP or Oracle.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) or ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
