Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our Aurora team and help keep repairs moving efficiently from blueprint to delivery.
Our Aurora location serves customers throughout Aurora, Denver, Centennial, Parker, Green Valley Ranch, Commerce City, Brighton, and the surrounding Denver Metro area. With Colorado's busy commuter traffic, frequent hail storms, and year-round collision repair demand, our shop maintains a steady workflow. We're looking for someone who understands collision parts, stays organized, and works closely with technicians, estimators, vendors, and production to keep vehicles moving through the repair process.
What You'll Do
- Order, source, and track collision repair parts accurately
- Procure OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts
- Manage parts returns, credits, warranty claims, and vendor communications
- Verify incoming parts for accuracy and inspect for damage before repairs begin
- Work closely with estimators, technicians, and production staff throughout each repair
- Monitor backorders and proactively resolve parts issues to minimize production delays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Help improve cycle time by ensuring technicians have the right parts when they need them
What We're Looking For
- Previous collision repair parts experience required
- Strong knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and alternative parts sourcing
- Experience with collision estimating and management software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collision repair environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
