Bussers are responsible for serving food to customers, clearing tables and other areas, supporting kitchen staff as needed.

Essential Job Duties

Delivering food to customers at the proper table in an quickly efficiently, professional and knowledgeable manner
Answer any customer questions and have complete knowledge of menu and other services
greet and interact with customers, be attentive to customers needs
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure all dining and service areas including tables, chairs, counters, utensils cabinets, and storage areas are clean, orderly, and comply with established sanitation standards
Re-stock and wipe down tables, chairs
Assist servers
Clear and clean tables and bring all dirty dishes and utensils to kitchen

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred
