The Clinical Training Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Clinical Training Department with new hire orientation, developing training materials (videos, one-pagers) for the clinical team, and maintaining the Clinical Campus SharePoint site. The Clinical Training Coordinator is held accountable for all related clinical, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.

This position can be located at ANY Josselyn site, it does not need to be in Grayslake
Clinicians current schedule
$3k - $4k bump in clinician's existing salary
Essential Responsibilities and Metrics
Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities
Provide support to new hires and the Clinical Training Department during orientations
Attend meetings with the Clinical Training Department and those involved with Orientation and Recruitment as needed
Develop and maintain training materials for the clinical team including videos, one pagers, slideshows, etc.Assist in the maintenance of the Clinical Campus SharePoint including updating materials for the clinical programs, uploading training videos/documents, meeting notes, updating waitlist times, etc.
Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities
Provides Therapy, Counseling and Crisis Intervention to Clients and their Families
(Provides high-quality service and maintains direct service hours per month of 53%)
Creates IM+CANS (IATP) Assessment (Completes IATP within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modifies and reviews as needed, updates and records IATP in EMR as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date)
All Progress Notes will be entered into the medical record as soon as possible but in no more than three business days of the date of service along with keeping your EMR and
Outlook Calendar up to date.
Attendance and participation at clinical presentations, and all required meetings
Provide case management, client centered consultation with community providers
Compliance with all Policies and Procedures
Be responsive to all outreach and coordination regarding client fees/payments
Complete requests time off in a timely manner through your direct supervisor
Participate in Accreditation and Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and Community Related Services as appropriate.
Represent the agency with integrity
Qualifications
Current Josselyn employee
Clinically related graduate degree
Demonstrated proficiency in creating digital communication materials, such as instructional videos, training guides, visual content, and web-based resources.
Ability to create engaging content through digital storytelling, graphic design, video production, social media-style content development, and audience-centered
communication.
