This role would be 2pm-12:30am.
Job Description
Manufacturing
· Train new and or current associates on a position when needed
· Ensure that all employees follow the HACCP and Safety guidelines in order to produce safe and consistent products
· Ensure that all employees follow GMP procedures
· Be able to meet manufacturing schedules
· Complete & submit daily production sheets
· Be able to print labels if needed
· Be familiar with all ingredients and packaging materials
· Be familiar with all finish products
· Conduct ATP testing (if applicable)
· Verified all production and quality control forms when due and accurately
Logistics (Shipping & Receiving)
· Train staff on first in first out procedures
· Ensure that all supplied raw ingredients and packaging to the production line are completed following the first in first out policy
· Ensure that any portion of an ingredient is put back properly identified and in the right location
Factory Equipment
· Train staff on equipment operation
· Complete and submit work order Request Form to the office when needed
· Ensure that equipment is being handle correctly
Sanitation
· Conduct inspection at the beginning of the shift of the facility for cleanliness
· Train staff on sanitation procedures for equipment and facility
· Assure that all stations are kept neat and organized during production
· Conduct inspections of all stations at end of day to confirm areas are cleaned correctly
QualificationsJob Qualifications
1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Ability to train, motivate, and support team members
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards
Flexible and willing to support operational needs as required
Pay and Benefits
$22-24/hour
Benefits and PTO after 60 days
