Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual? North Hills Mitsubishi is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our service department! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service department
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Operate a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy
- Process payments for completed vehicle services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after their service visit

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our systems!)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional, courteous, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
