What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Dealership experience preferred
- Toyota or other manufacturer experience is a plus
- ASE certifications preferred
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and fixing vehicles right the first time
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Accurately document diagnoses, repairs, and services performed
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts personnel
- Maintain an organized and professional work area
- Follow dealership safety and quality standards
- Treat every customer's vehicle with care and respect
