Customer/Partner Services Representative for Christian Ministry

At Jewish Voice Ministries International, you'll spend your shift talking with people who are genuinely glad to hear from you - partners who give generously to support Israel, the Jewish people, and humanitarian work around the world, and who say thank you like they mean it.

As a Customer/Partner Services Representative, you'll be the caring, familiar voice partners come to know and trust. You'll handle roughly 40–60 calls a day, help with donations, product orders, and prayer requests, and make sure every partner hangs up feeling heard and appreciated. This role is based at our Phoenix office, with the opportunity to move into a hybrid schedule as you build a track record of strong performance.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE IN THIS ROLE:
You'll start your morning with your team, coffee in hand, before the phones pick up. Through the day you'll take calls from our partners - updating an address, processing a gift, praying with someone who asks, tracking down an answer for someone with a question. Some calls are quick, some need a little extra patience, but almost all of them end with a genuine "thank you so much." You close out your notes, tag your last call, and head home knowing you didn't just make someone's day a little easier - you helped carry the Good News to one more person, one conversation at a time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle an average of 40-60 inbound partner calls per day with warmth and efficiency
• Respond to partner inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Assist with donations, product orders, account updates, and prayer requests
• Pray with and intercede for partners during calls when asked
• Research and resolve partner concerns promptly and accurately
• Follow up with partners to ensure questions and issues are fully resolved
• Document interactions and encourage and thank partners for their support of the ministry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One or more years of customer support or partner care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Spanish speaking ability a plus
