About this role

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machine, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
  • Set up designs, threads, and materials to align with client specifications.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability, making adjustments as needed.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in excellent working condition.
  • Organize and track orders to maintain an efficient production flow and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in commercial embroidery or a similar production setting is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
