Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic sales team. As a New Car Sales Professional, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
Effectively present vehicle features and benefits.
Negotiate and close deals while providing a positive and transparent experience.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
Maintain a strong product knowledge of Mazda vehicles.
Comply with all dealership policies and procedures.

QualificationsRequirements

Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a sales role
Previous dealership sales experience a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Flexibility to work evenings & weekends
