We here at Jarvis Law Office are expanding and searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team of professionals. We are a fast-growing elder law and estate planning law office that has built a top reputation for the service that we provide our clients with care, through education, and understanding that each family is different. Our firm culture celebrates individuality and provides personalized planning for each client.
We are looking for a new team member to add to our marketing department. This position will be a Hybrid role working out of any of our three offices, but will need to help support our other offices at times.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for strengthening our presence in the marketplace and raising awareness of our estate planning and elder law services through both traditional and online channels. The Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities include managing client retention efforts, including surveys and campaigns, and building positive relationships in the community. Needing a strong working knowledge of all different types of social media platforms, the Marketing Coordinator will help with various marketing campaigns using social media, video, and print.
Some of the key responsibilities for our new Marketing Coordinator are:
- Support the vision and mission of Jarvis Law Office, PC.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop, plan, and oversee marketing strategies for workshops, webinars, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with firm goals.
- Assist with the execution of workshop and webinar marketing efforts, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for all participants from registration through follow-up.
- Collaborate on the development and optimization of email marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, messaging, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to the creative direction of marketing content, including video, photography, and digital assets, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Ensure website content strategy remains current, user-friendly, and reflective of client needs and accessibility best practices.
- Adapt marketing messaging and materials to resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining brand integrity and voice.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to identify trends, client feedback, and opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and client engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights, recommendations, and action plans to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist with the social media strategy, including content direction, engagement trends, and platform performance.
- Develop and manage strategies to cultivate and enhance online reviews and reputation management.
- Support presentations (including RMS and other educational events), ensuring clarity, professionalism, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate on the development, rollout, and internal training of marketing collateral, ensuring team members understand proper usage and messaging.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are properly scheduled, aligned, and executed to achieve optimal results.
- Contribute to strategic planning discussions, including growth initiatives, campaign development, and long-term marketing goals.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with established growth goals and key performance indicators.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to refine marketing strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Champion inclusive marketing practices by ensuring messaging, imagery, and outreach efforts reflect and resonate with a broad and diverse audience.
- Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the firm’s marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of prior marketing experience.
- At least two (2) years of prior social media marketing experience.
- Strong video editing and production skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Wondershare, Filmora, and FlexVid is a plus but not required.
- At least two (2) years of prior office experience, experience with business phone systems, and office computer systems.
- Prior experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $23/hr to $26/hr
