Founding Fullstack Engineer

We're hiring a founding engineer to build the core platform that powers our AI agents and our customer experience — the data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and operator console that make everything work. The moat isn't the model. It's the scaffolding — the software infrastructure around the AI that connects to real-world systems and delivers real-world reliability. That's what you'll build.

What You'll Do

Take customer-facing features from concept to production. You'll talk to users, design the solution, build it, and watch them use it.

Design secure, auditable data models and event-driven pipelines that power our agent workflows

Develop internal and external APIs and a real-time operator console that gives customers full visibility into their operations

Build first-party integrations with ERPs, 3PLs, retailers, and freight partners — and a resilient sync layer that keeps everything in lockstep

Establish observability, SLOs, and on-call practices for mission-critical workflows where downtime means missed shipments and chargebacks

Work across the full stack — backend, data engineering, and frontend — wherever the highest-leverage problem lives
